A four-storey RCSI Simulation Dental Education Centre at Connolly Hospital, delivering advanced clinical training, outpatient services, and sustainable campus infrastructure upgrades.

The ground and first floors are dedicated to RCSI and include 40 dental chairs, intra-oral X-ray suites, simulation labs, and support spaces for training over 375 students each year. The second and third floors are allocated to the HSE and accommodate relocated Rheumatology and Endocrinology outpatient services, enhancing healthcare provision for the wider community. The project also includes extensive site redevelopment, a reconfigured car park with EV bays, expanded bicycle storage, green infrastructure, and new waste and plant facilities - supporting sustainable, integrated healthcare delivery.
