Location: Stockhole Lane, Swords
Client: Trinity Care
The works comprised the addition of 23 bedrooms, activity rooms, nurses stations and supporting facilities for the existing Anovocare Nursing Home.
The design utilised the large attic space in the existing building, carefully creating usable spaces through the clever insertion of dormer windows and rooflights to create a spacious, light-filled residential care setting surrounding the central landscaped courtyard.
Our client, sought to increase their offering of residential care in this exceptional facility which has been operating at capacity for several years.
