Ossory House is located at 18 Leeson Street Lower in the heart of Dublin’s Georgian Quarter.
This building recently undertook a complete office refurbishment and extension, increasing the overall office space by 449 sq m.
Our main focus was the design of the glass façade alongside the large window dimensions which resulted in a substantial increase in natural light within the offices.
Significant work is being undertaken to achieve LEED Gold, including full retrofit insulation and completely redesigned mechanical and electrical installations.
