This marks our continued collaboration with the Whitbread team following successful hotel developments in Dublin and Cork, strengthening a partnership built on trust, delivery, and a shared ambition to create high-quality hospitality environments.

The scheme will deliver a 156-bedroom hotel that responds to growing demand in the city, while contributing to the transformation of Opera Square into a vibrant, mixed-use destination.
