Bolton Street progress on site

Construction is progressing on the new hotel development at 21–24 Bolton Street in Dublin’s north inner city.

Posted on 23 Mar 2026

The project will deliver a 84-bedroom hotel across a building ranging from four to seven storeys over basement level, providing approximately 2,800 m² of accommodation on a key city-centre site. The development will include guest bedrooms from ground to sixth floor, a reception and café at street level, and a breakfast area at basement level, along with all associated operational and service spaces required for hotel use.

Located close to Henrietta Street, Smithfield and O’Connell Street, the project represents the regeneration of a former garage site at an important gateway to Dublin’s historic north city. Once complete, the hotel will contribute additional visitor accommodation within walking distance of major transport links, cultural destinations and the growing Grangegorman campus.

The scheme forms part of the ongoing renewal of Bolton Street and the surrounding neighbourhood. Looking forward to seeing the project continue to take shape over the coming months.
