The design approach responds sensitively to the surrounding urban context, respecting the architectural heritage of the area while contributing positively to the evolving streetscape.
The scheme includes:
• The redevelopment of No. 29 into a new three-bedroom home
• 22 apartments supporting compact urban growth
• A 155-bed hotel designed to stimulate the local economy
This project will transform an underutilised and deteriorating site, enhance the public realm, and create a more vibrant and attractive environment along Parkgate Street.
