New development at Parkgate Street
Parkgate Street project is a thoughtfully designed mixed-use redevelopment in Dublin 8. Located at No. 23–24 and 29 Parkgate Street, the proposal delivers two high-quality new buildings alongside the careful restoration and repurposing of No. 29.

The design approach responds sensitively to the surrounding urban context, respecting the architectural heritage of the area while contributing positively to the evolving streetscape.
The scheme includes:
• The redevelopment of No. 29 into a new three-bedroom home
• 22 apartments supporting compact urban growth
• A 155-bed hotel designed to stimulate the local economy
This project will transform an underutilised and deteriorating site, enhance the public realm, and create a more vibrant and attractive environment along Parkgate Street.
