Senior Architectural Technologist

As an Architectural Technologist you will be working alongside experienced architects and technologists on a variety of projects at planning stage and some moving from design into detailed design, tender and construction stages. This involves applying building regulations to designs and developing drawings and schedules to allow the design to be priced, tendered and constructed on site.

Minimum Skills required for this role:

• Qualified Architectural Technologist
• 3+ years post-graduate experience
• Strong technical and construction knowledge is essential for this role
• Experience with project running and knowledge of the Irish wider industry with In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction materials, and methods
• Detail-oriented, with keen attention to details to ensure the accuracy and quality of design execution
• Knowledge of the Statutory Consent processes (Planning, FSCA, DAC) and current Building Regulations is required to perform this role
