David O'Connell has more than 24 years experience, working in large commercial architectural practices both in Ireland and abroad. His recent experience has been in large residential and commercial office developments.

David is currently director in charge of a number of large residential schemes, both apartments and housing units.  David is also responsible for several city centre refurbishment and redevelopment projects.

 

David is responsible for the establishment, management and advancement of the IT, BIM, CAD & Network Systems within the office. 

 

David is the chairman of the CIC BIM Subcommittee, a member of the RIAI BIM subcommittee and a member of the National BIM Council (NBC).

 

David co-founded McCauley Daye O’Connell in 2004.
