This 4,176 sqm, four-storey facility combines simulation-based dental training with live clinical services. The lower floors provide RCSI teaching spaces, while the upper floors accommodate HSE outpatient departments including endocronology and rhuematology.
 
Delivered within a live hospital environment, the project addresses complex site constraints and operational interfaces, requiring careful coordination to maintain existing services. The building will be a critical addition to the RCSI and HSE operations.
 
The project also includes significant site redevelopment, with reconfigured parking, EV charging, expanded cycle facilities, and Green Infrastructure supporting a more sustainable healthcare campus.
