This accomplishment reflects a tremendous team effort throughout the design and construction phases. It is always rewarding to see the refurbishment of an existing building brought up to LEED Gold Standard. From an energy and BMS carbon reporting standpoint this building is ahead of the curve and sets the standard that needs to be achieved as we transition towards Net Zero Goals.
