ALLTA

Allta’s newest space in Dublin Docklands marks a significant moment in the city’s dining scene. Already hailed as the “Restaurant Opening Of The Year,” this permanent location fuses industrial references—like exposed concrete and angular walls—with luxurious natural materials such as quadrant oak and richly veined marble.

Designed to transition seamlessly from laid-back lunches to late-night cocktails, Allta features acoustic treatments, a sculptural Toby Hatchett sound system, and translucent linen curtains that expand or contract the space. Polished plaster joinery adds a sleek finish, bringing modern sophistication to the industrial edge.

Central to the design is an open kitchen that invites guests into the heart of Allta’s culinary artistry. A smaller 22-seat dining room offers an intimate, fine-dining option, while the main 60-seat restaurant, bar, and lounge flow together effortlessly. It’s a harmonious blend of comfort, quality, and creative flair—guaranteeing a memorable experience from every angle.

“No point in burying the lead here. I’m in heaven. This is going to be my restaurant of the year… The room in this Dublin restaurant has a sophisticated air."

Corinna Hardgrave, Irish Times, January 2024
