Turning three protected structures into vibrant offices and bringing 187-bed hotel with food and beverage facilities, all while meeting the highest sustainability standards.

In response to the current dereliction of the site, the scheme seeks to repair and reuse the existing protected structures, while also taking a sensitive approach to creating a new building.
