Therese Pender graduated with honours from Dublin’s Institute of Technology, Bolton Street in 2004, and has over ten years’ experience working as a commercial Design Architect. Therese joined McCauley Daye O’Connell in 2008 and is an Associate with the company.
Therese is currently working to deliver 75 new homes in Galway City and she recently completed the €2.5M upgrade and extension of a boutique hotel in Galway.
She has a keen interest in the architectural design process, and has been involved in Urban Design, Commercial fit out, Architectural Conservation, as well as Commercial Architectural Design.
Therese has a strong record of delivering Planning Permission on complex sites, including a new 1200msq landmark retail development for the Henry St- O’Connell St quarter of Dublin City Centre, 3200msq of refurbished and extended Commercial Development within an Architectural Conservation Area in Dublin’s Georges Street area and 21 luxury dwellings within the curtilage and fabric of protected structures in South County Dublin.
