Robert McCauley has gained considerable experience working with several architectural firms in Dublin and the USA. He has over 35 years commercial experience on the design of large scale projects which include masterplanned integrated residential communities and commercial developments. These include successful corporate offices, hotels and retail centers in Ireland and the UK.

Robert has significant experience leading large multidisciplinary teams including architects, planners, engineers, landscape architects, and other specialities. Robert is currently researching and implementing the design for sustainability strategy for the practice.

He co-founded McCauley Daye O’Connell in 2004 and employs a hands-on design led approach to head our extensive and experienced design team.
