Proposed development in Sandyford comprises of 233 apartments, communal and public open spaces as well as crèche, car and bike parking.

 

The design is formed by three individual buildings which address and form the new streetscape and the
new urban edge along Ravensrock Road and Carmanhall Road, an important corner of the urban block. The buildings will contain a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments.
