The proposed scheme has been updated due to a request for further information resulting in an increased number of residential units to 60; 30 houses and 30 apartments.

The variety of public parks creates opportunities for residents to gather and connect to form a better community. Houses include a mix of 3 bed semi-detached houses, 4 bed semi-detached houses, and 3 & 4 bed detached houses. Apartments are contained within one apartment block, including a mix of 1, 2 & 3 bed apartments. The whole scheme then ties in with the landscape design which softens the scheme creating a unique and friendly neighbourhood in the suburbs of Galway City.
