The proposed 'Village at the Park' development will provide a mixed-use centre to serve the growing communities of Kilternan, Glenamuck, Stepaside and Carrickmines.

The development features a natural landscaped park with a river, ponds, wetland, and swales. A new linear park, connecting the existing Jamestown Park with the Ballyogan Road, will form a playground with a clear public edge. To enhance both safety and community, the park is passively overlooked at all times by the residential terraces.
