The transformation of an existing building into a highly efficient storage, CAT B fit out and distribution facility with integrated office accommodation.

The design approach focused on maximising operational performance while introducing a clear, logical spatial arrangement and a refined, contemporary working environment. A key aspect of the project was the integration of specialised storage vaults, tailored to meet strict operational and regulatory requirements.
