The proposed development will consist of the construction of 43 new family homes, the extension of the existing gate lodge and the creation of a new curtilage for Kilbride Hill House which is a protected structure and will be retained as a private residence.
The 43 dwellings will comprise 14 two storey 4 bed detached houses, 1 two storey 3 bed detached house and 28 two storey 3 bed semi-detached houses. A single storey extension will be constructed to provide another 2 bed house. The proposed development will also include car parking, provision of public open spaces and a children’s play area.
