Our latest site visit to the Morrison's Quay site in Cork reveals the wonderfully colourful facade just in time to be admired from the river by Cork Jazz fest attendees. With the scaffolding down and BCAR certificate granted we're only a few exciting weeks away from handover.
With the quality inspection of all 182 bedrooms nearly complete, planting being added to the private courtyard and furniture beginning to populate the bar and restaurant, the final few weeks are looking rewarding.
