The new Premier Inn development is located on Morrison’s Quay overlooking the south channel of the River Lee. It has received a final grant of planning permission.
The development will repair and re-energise an urban block at the bend in the river which has long been in disrepair. Three protected structures which face on to the quays will be sensitively adapted for office use. A new high-quality 187-bed hotel with a food and beverage venues will occupy the remainder of the site.
