With multiple methods of construction including blockwork, LGS, precast concrete and timber frame, being used simultaneously on site, Phase 1 of this ambitions residential development is progressing at an impressive pace.

The Phase 1 development will provide 432 residential units, consisting of a diverse mix including 213 houses, 126 duplexes, and 93 apartments, catering to a range of lifestyles and family sizes. Central to our design is the creation of an inviting main park along with multiple smaller parks linked by green corridors. This ensures that residents have recreation areas right on their doorstep.
