Martin Spillane has developed a broad range of skills with MDO in working with multi-disciplinary design and client teams to deliver large scale, complex projects over a range of offices, fit-out and hotels.

Martin enjoys dealing the varied challenges of taking a project through to detailed design stages and on to dealing with the ever changing conditions of assembling a building on site through creating a collaborative dialogue between the architect, the wider design team and the site personal.

Martin is also strongly interested in the early stages of design, dealing with the conceptualisation of ideas for clients, using his teaching work to develop this practice.
