Heineken Headquarters, Cork Following on from creating a new Heineken offices in Dublin, MDO were asked to look at the refurbishment of the Malt House. This involved a full assessment of the building from both a workplace strategy and conservation viewpoint.

Scots Church McCauley Daye O’Connell Architects were appointed to design the expansion of the VHI’s headquarters in Abbey Street into the adjacent disused Presbyterian Scots Church (1869) which is a protected structure.

Tubbermore Road The existing house was a small, cellular, two storey end of terrace dwelling in Dalkey, Co Dublin. The house was purchased in a very run down condition and needed to be fully refurbished.  There were also a number of small outbuildings.
