CITYWEST, DUBLIN
The proposed development at Citywest, Dublin blends contemporary residential living with a parkland setting. A total of 463 quality residential units provide a mixture of apartments, duplexes, and houses.
The proposal consists of two distinct areas to the north and south, each defined by a series of buildings with different architectural typologies, overlooking private and public landscaped spaces. The landscape will serve both existing and proposed residences in the area, blending large public parks with branching green landscaped paths.
The proposed scheme is designed to minimise its impact on the existing environment whilst promoting the unique features of the site.
