Headquarters refurbishment for semi-state body

The proposal for this semi-state body’s office space was to shift the work environment from cellular cubicles to a workspace that offered a balance between both privacy and facilitated an open and connected work place. In opening up the space, consideration has been taken for sound absorption, natural lighting and cross ventilation, to take advantage of the existing characteristics of the building.

Another key aspect was to provide an entrance area that conveyed a strong impression of the organisation to visiting clients. This impression is intended to carry through to the high quality meeting spaces that are suitable for the organisations’ corporate clients and exude a sense of understated sophistication to the space.
