MDO recently submitted planning permission for 64 new residential units, including 48 Dwellings houses and a 3- 4 storey apartment building. The site is a derelict factory site, which forms a key site in Kilcock town centre.

The scheme was developed to provide 2 and 3 storey dwellings, which address the amenity and canal to the south of the site while maintaining the best achievable aspect for each dwelling.  The majority of the houses have an east west or south facing back garden orientation, and where the dwellings are oriented north south- the dwelling design has been developed to ensure an interconnecting living/ dining area to maximize through light from the south.
