Dan Daye has a reputation for the successful delivery of complex and difficult projects having worked on the execution side of the practice since its inception. He has worked on large scale and complex commercial urban projects with expertise in a wide variety of building types, specialising in residential, workplace and hospitality.

 

Over the last 3 years his completed buildings; Barettestown lodge restaurant pavilion, Opus PRS residential, RCSI Beaumount laboratories and Scots Church offices and have won multiple awards for excellence in architecture, interior design, accessibility, conservation and façade engineering.

Dan has significant experience with base build and full completion architectural services providing technical and buildability expertise to the wider practice.

 

Dan serves on the RIAI Practice Committee and heads up the RIAI ADR Taskforce and is active in the ADR arena.
